Default Project Sx4 Stage 1

This was day one of Project SX4.

Tein
Exhaust (sort of)
intake
RRE stuff..
rally roof scoop (all the way through the roof)
wheels
brakes
carbon fiber stuff, knob etc.
Shaved the roof rails painted lots of little crap, even smoked the taillights.

next step

fabrication of the turbo manifold, nitrous, clutch, etc.

Like I said before, currently the plan is for a Motec, UNLESS.... we can hack the ecm to reprogram it. I'll have answers in a month hopefully.

It'll run on E85 most likely because we can get it at the pumps locally and we can run a bunch of boost.

I need some help to post the pictures. Some one help me please, either email or msg me or send me to some instructions "link" UPDATE... I found the link, see pictures below.

Thanks

Sorry they're so big,

I'll try to resize them.

Yeah why the roof scoop? The car looksl like its made for tarmac only and not for off roading. I think the scoop is big and does not go to well with the car.

I think the car looks awesome and I think it's sweet you're doing this build. Make sure to keep us posted on your progress. Please keep us updated on hp and tq numbers once your SX4 gets some boost. It would be awesome if you could show us some videos of a turbo SX4.

Roof scoop will look better if you get a bigger spoiler.

Is the only function to vent air into the cabin? Does it provide down force?

Those brakes look crazy nice. How much of a difference have you noticed with braking performance compared to the original brakes?
