Are you really going to spend this much money on a grocery getter? If you want a car that handles go buy a better car.

Here's another grocery getter with some engine and suspension work...

Yeah buy a better car like a BMW M5???

Seems like a few people around here are knocking on people willing to put in effort to make their rides unique... Whatever, mods are a personal preference thing. If you can't appreciate that I don't know what to say...

I don't think you're catching the essence of what he's saying.
He's essentially saying the same thing you are.
Read this thread to understand why he's saying that.

Gotcha... It's hard to catch the tone of a written comment sometimes.

Yes because spending 1100$ on a suspension setup and spending 10 000$ in a widebody with complete repaint is exactly the same thing.

That's too much for a strictly cosmetic mod. The money could definitely be put to better use. Lets put this in perspective...

I hate to do this because I'll be forcing myself to admit how much I'm spending but oh well...
Here we go...

Drive Train
Rotrex $2000.00+ ???
header $429.00
exhaust $1000.00+
battery $300.00
drive shaft $1000.00
flywheel $400.00+
Trans $??????
Wheels/tires $1500.00+

Suspension
big brakes $1800.00
springs $239.00
Sway bars $350.00
bracing $??????

Interior
seats $1000.00+
audio $1500.00+
rear floor $350.00

Exterior
Paint $2000.00+
Front lip $300.00
Spoiler $300.00
Side skirts $500.00
Hood $800.00
side mirrors $250.00
rear windows $500.00

This is the SHORT list... I'm too scared to actually total it.
