Something like this would work: http://www.monstercable.com/mpc/prod...p?section=ipod
I have the first one, works great.

I used one of those FM things and it sucked. Try to see how to get something hard wired. That's your best option.

iv seen the FM things and heard them used, theyr quite decent. however, (see if you can see the flaw in logic here
) in the UK despite being able to sell and buy a FM transmitter for your car you are not allowed to use the FM transmitter in your car. as it might affect the reception of other drivers makes perfect sense actually, what i was hoping for was something similar to an cassette converter but for CD instead. i realise that this may not have been invented yet, but i thought i might try asking anyway. FM transmitter may indeed be the only way (the only easy way without ripping stuff apart) Phoenixz P.S. any other suggestion are welcome |

I don't know the stock stereo specs for the euro version, but if same as US then this would work better for you. I've had FM transmitter before for my ipod, and you're still paying out over 50$ for a "decent" one and the sound quality was always inconsistent—and mostly hissy. |

Hey i have found the only way to really accurately get your Mp3 player going is to hjardwire it, ive tried those transmitters and they suck, besides which it should only take you about 2 hours to remove wire and refit the headunit anyways

i disagree. buy the aux cable from tim. not only is it a few minutes to install, is WAY cheaper, but you are not limited to ipods. you can use anything that has a headphone jack. the original poster didn't say he had an ipod, so i'm not even sure that the ipod connector from the dealer would work for them.
